Oriental Ravioli

  • 250g minced pork
  • 1 soup spoonful of soy sauce
  • 1 soup spoonful of rice alcohol
  • 1 teaspoonful of sesame oil
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1soup spoonful of chopped fresh ginger
  • 3 large dried shitake mushrooms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 15 squares of wonton pastry

Thoroughly mix the ingredients in a large bowl.

Place a spoonful of this mixture in the middle of each square of wonton pastry and make ravioli, sealing the edges.

Cook the ravioli in a large pan of boiling water. After they float to the surface, continue cooking for two minutes and then set aside.

Serve the ravioli with some red pepper oil mixed with crushed garlic, Sichuan peppercorns and a few sesame seeds.
